Wat ga je doen als Bijstandsverlener?
Stel je voor: Het is vakantieperiode en veel mensen zijn onderweg naar hun vakantiebestemming. Helaas kan er onderweg of op vakantie zelf pech ontstaan. Als bijstandsverlener ben jij de redder in nood. Je helpt snel en efficiënt, zowel praktisch als emotioneel, zodat de klanten hun reis zonder zorgen voortzet. Jij coördineert de benodigde hulp en documenteert alle details om de situatie voor de klant op te lossen.

Wat verwachten we van jou?
- Je bent beschikbaar om heel de maand juni te werken (in daguren)
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
- Je bent ten minste 18 jaar oud
- Je ziet het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken als een uitdaging en vindt altijd een passende oplossing
- Je hebt voldoende Pc-kennis om snel nieuwe programma’s aan te leren
- Klantvriendelijkheid, empathie en een positieve instelling zijn bij jou top of mind
- Ervaring is zeker geen vereiste, de juiste motivatie wel
