About the Job
Would you like to join an international, human-sized organization in Brussels and contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic office? We are looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment, playing a key role in daily office management and visitor reception.
- Manage meeting rooms (scheduling and logistical coordination)
- Organize and coordinate catering services
- Welcome visitors and handle front desk activities (on-site presence required)
- Manage office supplies (coffee, stationery, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, follow-up of documents)
Your Profile
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Based in Brussels or nearby
- First administrative experience is an asset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Autonomous, proactive, and reliable
