Looking to join a premier organization in Brussels and become the face of a renowned company? We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist for a long-term position. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient welcome for all our visitors and team members.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Welcome & Orientation: Greeting visitors, clients, and vendors in person with a smile and a high level of professionalism.
- Switchboard Management: Managing the central phone line, taking messages, and efficiently transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Handling incoming/outgoing mail, managing office access badges, and performing minor administrative tasks to support the team.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Your Profile
- Languages: Excellent command of French and English to welcome an international clientele. Understanding or good knowledge of Dutch is a strong must.
- Stability & Commitment: You are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.
- Soft Skills: You are a proactive, hard-working, dynamic individual, full of energy.
- Organisation: You have a strong sense of priorities, excellent timing management, and high reliability.
- Presentation: friendly demeanor, and an innate sense of customer service.
