Voor een speler binnen de gebouwtechnieken zoeken we een Calculator die mee instaat voor de voorbereiding en kostprijsberekening van elektrische installaties in grote en uitdagende bouwprojecten. Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid, inzicht en samenwerking centraal staan.
Vanuit Anderlecht werk je mee aan projecten verspreid over België, in samenwerking met bekende klanten binnen de bouw- en retailsector.
Wat houdt de job precies in?
- Je maakt gedetailleerde calculaties en kostprijsberekeningen voor elektrische installaties in gebouwen.
- Je analyseert plannen, lastenboeken en technische dossiers en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke offertes.
- Je ondersteunt projecten van offertefase tot voorbereiding van uitvoering.
- Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals projectleiding en uitvoering.
- Je denkt zowel technisch als commercieel mee om tot de beste oplossingen te komen.
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij?
- Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen calculatie of elektrotechnische projecten.
- Sterke kennis van elektriciteit in gebouwen.
- Commercieel inzicht gecombineerd met een technische mindset.
- Vlotte kennis van Frans en een goede kennis van Nederlands.
- Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in je werk.
- Communicatief vaardig en in staat om vlot samen te werken met verschillende partijen.
