About the Job
Functie
Als Complaint Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen en behandelen van klachten van B2B- en B2C-klanten. Je zorgt voor een correcte analyse, zoekt actief naar oplossingen en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de klanttevredenheid en interne processen. Je combineert empathie met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
Taken
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en registreert hun klachten zorgvuldig.
- Je analyseert dossiers, detecteert oorzaken en werkt samen met interne teams aan oplossingen.
- Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten over de voortgang en status van hun dossier.
- Je deelt inzichten met interne afdelingen om verbeteracties te ondersteunen.
- Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties in de dienstverlening.
Your Profile
- A2-diploma of Bachelor diploma met een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van Engels
- Sterk in probleemoplossing en stressbestendig
- Communicatief, empathisch en klantgericht
- Teamplayer, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht
