Samen met je collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de herstelling en de optimale werking van alle technische installaties in deze unieke gebouwen.
Jouw werklocatie: onze klanten in het centrum van Brussel – culturele instellingen zoals Ancienne Belgique, Beursschouwburg, Kaaitheater en andere iconische gebouwen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan HVAC-, koel-, verwarmings-, elektrische- en sanitaire installaties
- Opsporen en oplossen van storingen aan luchtbehandelingsinstallaties, ventilatoren, regeltechniek en klimatisatie
- Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten op locatie – je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met technici en gebouwverantwoordelijken
- Actief meedenken over optimalisaties en verbeteringen aan bestaande technische installaties
Your Profile
Wat breng je mee?
- Een technische achtergrond in HVAC, koeling of elektriciteit.
- Jouw teamgeest en zin voor initiatief en een leergierige houding.
- Je houdt van afwisseling en voelt je thuis in een stedelijke, culturele omgeving.
- Een rijbewijs B.
- Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands (spreken); kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt in meertalig Brussel.
