Voor onze klant zoeken we een Strategic & Public Sales Senior Manager voor de Enterprise Business Unit. Een sleutelrol binnen de B2B-organisatie waarbij je impact maakt op zowel commerciële resultaten als de groei van je team!
Wat mag je verwachten?
- Je bepaalt mee de commerciële koers voor de enterprise- en public sales activiteiten
- Coachen en motiveren van een team van 12 accountmanagers om sterke resultaten neer te zetten
- Complexe salestrajecten en strategische aanbestedingen begeleiden
- Duurzame relaties uitbouwen met grote bedrijven en overheidsinstanties
- Actief nadenken over nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen telecom, ICT en cybersecurity
- Je ondersteunt je team bij onderhandelingen, commerciële gesprekken en klantstrategieën
- Je analyseert markttrends en vertaalt die naar concrete commerciële acties
Your Profile
Herken je jezelf hierin?
- Een sterke achtergrond binnen B2B sales, enterprise sales of public sales
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van sales teams (+5 jaar)
- Telecom, IT, ICT of technologie geven je energie
- Communicatief sterk en weet mensen mee te krijgen in je verhaal
- Je schakelt vlot tussen strategie en dagelijkse opvolging
- Nederlands, Frans en Engels spreek je op professioneel niveau
- Ervaring binnen telecom is een sterke plus
