Ben jij een commerciële doorzetter met een passie voor klantcontact? Voor een groeiende organisatie zijn we op zoek naar een Inside Sales Medewerker Digital Sales (B2B & B2C). In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het actief benaderen van potentiële en bestaande klanten, het creëren van verkoopkansen en het verder uitbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties. Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega's van Inside Sales en External Sales om commerciële doelstellingen te realiseren.
Jouw taken
- Telefonisch contacteren van prospecten en bestaande klanten.
- Detecteren van behoeften en voorstellen van passende oplossingen.
- Opvolgen van leads, offertes en commerciële opportuniteiten.
- Onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantenrelaties.
- Identificeren van upselling- en cross-selling mogelijkheden.
- Correct registreren van klantcontacten in het CRM-systeem.
- Samenwerken met collega's om commerciële acties succesvol uit te voeren.
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst-, telesales- of inside salesfunctie.
- Sterke communicatieve en commerciële vaardigheden.
- Ervaring met CRM-systemen en verkoopprocessen.
- Resultaatgericht, proactief en organisatorisch sterk.
- Kennis van de syndicus- of vastgoedsector is een plus.
- Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
