Jouw takenpakket als Customer Service Medewerker ziet er als volgt uit:
- Het beheren van uw klantenportefeuille en opvolgen van klachten
- Het ingeven van de contracten en aansluitingen
- Het beheer van de telefonie, opvolgen van de post
- Het opvolgen van facturen en onbetaalde schulden
- Het ondersteunen van de Head of Sales & Customer Relations op vlak van external sales
Your Profile
Als customer Service Medewerker heb je reeds ervaring in customer service en het beheren van een klantenportefeuille. Daarnaast herken je je in volgende eigenschappen:
- Je bent tweetalig Frans/ Nederlands, met een goede kennis van het Engels
- Je beheerst de courante Microsoft Office-toepassingen (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Je gaat methodisch en autonoom te werk. Daarnaast ben je ook in staat om in een team te werken
- Je bent stressbestendig, flexibel en staat open voor opleidingen
