Jouw rol?
Als Customer Service Medewerker ben jij een cruciale schakel tussen klanten, magazijn en transport. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot, correct en professioneel verloopt.
Concreet betekent dit:
- Inbound & outbound telefonie
- Beheer van de gezamenlijke mailbox
- Beantwoorden van vragen over onderdelen en leveringen
- Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen
- Oplossen van transport- en leveringsvragen
- Klanten informeren over ontbrekende of vertraagde wisselstukken
Jij bewaart het overzicht, denkt oplossingsgericht en zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een gerust gevoel ophangen.
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we?
- Een goede kennis Nederlands en Frans
- Goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, …)
- Je werkt graag in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig je dossiers beheren
- Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt focus tijdens piekmomenten
- Je luistert actief, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een positieve mindset
- Je haalt voldoening uit klanttevredenheid
Ervaring in customer service of automotive is een plus, maar motivatie en leerbereidheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
