About the Job
USG Professionals is op zoek naar een Freelance Digital L&D Specialist voor een klant die actief is binnen de energiesector.
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken en implementeren van een toekomstgerichte digitale leerstrategie binnen een complexe IT-omgeving. Je vertaalt IT-doelstellingen naar innovatieve leeroplossingen en bouwt mee aan een duurzame leercultuur waarbij technologie, ontwikkeling en change centraal staan.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Definiëren en optimaliseren van de IT learning strategie en het IT-competentiekader
- Analyseren van skill gaps en uitwerken van leer- en ontwikkelingspaden voor IT-profielen
- Ontwerpen en implementeren van blended learning trajecten en digitale leeroplossingen
- Coördineren van samenwerkingen met interne stakeholders en externe opleidingspartners
- Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van het interne IT-trainingsaanbod en LMS-structuren
- Meten van de impact van opleidingen en continu verbeteren van leerinitiatieven
- Ondersteunen van change trajecten en stimuleren van een cultuur van continu leren
Your Profile
- Je hebt minimaal 10 jaar bewezen ervaring in de analyse en herstructurering van een IT-leeraanbod
- Je hebt sterke expertise in instructietechniek en het ontwikkelen van leertrajecten binnen IT-contexten
- Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis van IT-rollen, processen en vaardigheden binnen moderne IT-omgevingen
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het vertalen van IT-skill behoeften naar concrete en impactvolle leerinitiatieven
- Je hebt ervaring met het definiëren of transformeren van digitale leerstrategieën (LMS, blended learning, adoption, learning governance)
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de IT-trainingsmarkt en innovatieve learning oplossingen
- Je bent communicatief sterk en beweegt vlot tussen strategische en operationele stakeholders
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels
