About the Job

  • Installer et configurer des équipements embarqués ou fixes (horodateurs, caméras, boîtiers connectés, etc.)
  • Diagnostiquer des pannes sur site, lire et interpréter des logs techniques
  • Utiliser des outils de mesure (multimètre : tension, courant, continuité, etc.)
  • Paramétrer des équipements avec des notions réseau de base (IP, DHCP, passerelle, etc.)
  • Effectuer des tests fonctionnels et rédiger des rapports d'intervention
  • Communiquer avec l’équipe technique via outils collaboratifs (Google Meet, Outlook, Drive, Agenda, etc.)
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des interventions et respecter les délais
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité de service, en toute autonomie

Your Profile

  • Bonne maîtrise de l’environnement PC (Windows), outils bureautiques (Suite Office / Google Workspace)
  • À l’aise avec la lecture et la compréhension de logs machines/Diagnostique
  • Connaissances en réseaux IP de base (attribution d'adresses, diagnostics simples, configuration d'équipements)
  • Utilisation du multimètre : savoir différencier courant continu / alternatif, mesurer tension et courant
  • Expérience dans le domaine des systèmes connectés ou embarqués
  • Savoir lire et appliquer des procédures techniques
  • Capacité à travailler seul et à organiser son planning de manière autonome
  • Capacité à installer du matériel dans des véhicules (expérience en géolocalisation / télématique type Geofleet/ rampes lumineuses) est un plus.
  • Formation en électronique, électromécanique, informatique industrielle ou expérience équivalente
  • Expérience terrain exigée (minimum 2 ans dans un rôle similaire)
  • Bon sens technique, rigueur, et autonomie
  • Permis B indispensable
  • Maîtrise du néerlandais ou le français
  • Bonne connaissance de la 2ème langue
  • Connaissance de base de l’anglais technique.
