About the Job
Als Bijstandsverlener werk je in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in nood en biedt hen snelle, duidelijke en empathische ondersteuning. Je helpt mensen verder in vaak stressvolle of onverwachte situaties en zorgt ervoor dat ze correct en efficiënt geholpen worden.
Jouw taken
- Je neemt inkomende oproepen aan en analyseert de hulpvraag
- Je organiseert en coördineert de nodige bijstand (pechhulp, medische assistentie, repatriëring)
- Je begeleidt klanten stap voor stap en houdt hen duidelijk geïnformeerd
- Je verwerkt en registreert dossiers nauwkeurig in het systeem
- Je blijft rustig, professioneel en oplossingsgericht in uitdagende situaties

- Sterk in klantenservice en communicatie
- Zeer vlot in Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis Engels.
- Stressbestendig en flexibel inzetbaar
- Bereid om weekends en feestdagen te werken
