About the Job
Onze klant actief in de banksector zoekt medewerkers voor hun afdeling: Daily & Digital Solutions.
Je bent eerste lijns support voor klanten bij dagelijkse bankverrichtingen, digitale toepassingen en praktische vragen.
Een greep uit je takenpakket:
- vragen beantwoorden via telefoon, e-mail en chat
- je krijgt vragen over dagelijkse bankverrichtingen, gebruik van de bank app, misbruik via phishing
- je volgt de juiste procedures, stelt de juiste vragen
Bij onze klant word je zo maar niet voor de leeuwen geworpen, ze zorgen ervoor dat je je klanten goed voorbereid kan verder helpen door een klassikale opleiding van 2,5 maanden — tijdens deze periode is verlof niet mogelijk.
Your Profile
Wat zoekt onze klant in zijn support medewerker:
- perfecte talenkennis Nederlands (woord en schrift)
- Bachelor of Master opleiding
- zeer sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- een attest van goed gedrag en zeden moet je kunnen voorleggen owv tewerkstelling in een bancaire instelling.

What We Offer
Waar mag jij op rekenen:
- contract van onbepaalde duur (40u/week)
- Shiftenrooster dat 2 maanden vooraf wordt meegedeeld
- Werkuren: Ma–vr: 8u–22u & za: 9u–17u
- 2x per maand werk je op zaterdag en krijg je recup in de week
- Groeikansen binnen een innovatieve bankomgeving (min. 2 jaar engagement).
- Mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar gespecialiseerde teams.
- Thuiswerk: tot 2 dagen/week na opleiding en inwerkperiode
- Startloon: ca. €2.500 tot €3.100/maand, afhankelijk van ervaring
- Netto onkostenvergoeding €20
- Extralegale voordelen: maaltijdcheques (€8/dag), ecocheques (€250/jaar), groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering.
